Kevin Rudd

Chair of BIEG International Advisory Committee

​Kevin Rudd served as Australia’s 26th Prime Minister (2007-2010, 2013) and as Foreign Minister (2010- 2012). 
 
Kevin is now President of the Asia Society Policy Institute in New York. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English and French and serves as a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and co-Chairs the China Global Affairs Council of the World Economic Forum.

Joe Clark

Vice Chair of BIEG International Advisory Committee

Joe Clark served as Canada’s 16th Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. Clark was Canada's youngest prime minister when he took office one day before his 40th birthday. 
 
Clark remains very active in international business and governance, and he is vice-chairman of the not-for-profit Global Leadership Foundation, a small group of former Heads of Government and diplomats who help governments in the developing world face serious crises.

George Andreas Papandreou

George A. Papandreou (born June 16, 1952) is Former Prime Minister of Greece, current President of Socialist International, a member of the Hellenic Parliament. He served as the 11th Prime Minister of Greece. He was named as one of Foreign Policy magazine’s Top 100 Global Thinkers in 2010 for “making the best of Greece’s worst year.”

Eric Maskin

Consultant of of BIEG International Advisory Committee

In 2007, Eric Maskin was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics for laying the foundations of mechanism design theory.
 
Eric Maskin is the Adams University Professor at Harvard. He has made contributions to game theory, contract theory, social choice theory, political economy, and other areas of economics.
