The "Kede Cup" National University Students Drone-filming Competition is a brand activity initiated by the Kede College, Capital Normal University. The competition was developed from Kede’s drone photography program, which is the first drone photography degree program in China. The competition established an innovative platform for hands-on learning experience and for academic interaction among college teachers and students through the reform of majors and through the advanced technology in drone photography. It also creates a model for the academic discipline reform.

“Guangsha Cup” International Students Ice Sculpture Art Competition is a flagship of Harbin Guangsha College. It is the first-ever ice sculpture art competition that is jointly organized by private university and local government in Heilongjiang province. It is also the first Ice Sculpture Art Competition for international college students in city of Harbin. The competition promotes the ability of college students to create ice sculptures while encouraging cooperation and exchange of ice-and-snow culture among international college students.
